Mission: Provide turnkey services from design through installation for a branchwide branded merchandising program to cross-sell products thereby strenthening bank customer loyalty.
With a growing network of branches and a strong community-based positioning, Greater Buffalo Savings Bank had the opportunity to differentiate using their "hometown bank" positioning within the branch environment.
DFI designed branded elements which could be deployed into all branches in modular fashion. Utilizing the brand campaigns and positioning key messaging throughout the sales zones maximized the potential of the environment to engage the customer.
Prototypes were developed with speed to meet the branch opening deadline and the program was rolled out branchwide.
