Mission: Provide complete branch merchandising services to convert 90 Republic Bank branches in 90 days.
With needs for one source to provide complete conversion services, DFI planned and implemented all facets of the branch merchandising conversion.
The conversion services included:
- Branch surveys for all locations
- Merchandising plans specific to each branch
- Design of custom signage for individual branches
- Engineering and prototyping for complete line of fixtures and signage
- Fabriction and distribution of all fixtures
- De-Installation and site prep for all locations
- Project management and project control for all logistics
- Installation for on-time branch openings
Results
This conversion was completed within an expedited timeframe with a process deemed "best practice" for conversion services.
